Honours
The honours year is ideal preparation for a successful career. This challenging and rewarding year of additional study, in your area of interest, equips you with the deep knowledge of your chosen field.
Our honours graduates are highly sought within the corporate sector, and many also go on to complete further study at masters or PhD levels within Australia or overseas.
Honours is an additional (fourth) year of specialised study in one or two of the following disciplines: accounting, finance, actuarial studies, economics and management and marketing. With small classes and an emphasis on research and specialised subject areas, it offers a dynamic and stimulating learning environment.
Honours is normally taken on a full-time basis immediately after finishing the requirements for the three-year pass degree.
The honours year is open to commerce students and all double degree commerce students. Graduates of other institutions are also welcome to apply.
