Subject changes
Download the subject change form (PDF 49kb) or pick one up from the Commerce Student Centre. Students MUST have subject changes approved by their relevant honours coordinator prior to submission to the Faculty office.
Strict deadlines apply to subject changes and withdrawals. You can check subject census dates via the subject fee and census date calculator on the Student Administration website to avoid financial and/or academic penalty.
Deferment, leave of absence and discontinuation
In special circumstances, you may seek to defer your place or take leave of absence in the honours year. A formal application must be made in writing to the honours coordinator. Students will normally be granted no more than one year's deferment or leave of absence.
Students who wish to discontinue their course must notify the honours coordinator in writing.
Forms for requesting a leave of absence or for notifying of a discontinuation are available from the Commerce Student Centre.
